The July to September 2017 utilities bills are now out. Payment can be made via:
- In person at the municipal office (Cash or cheque)
- Mailed to PO Box 10, Wroxton, SK S0A 4S0 (Cheque or money order)
- E-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
The following annual reports have been sent out to service providers and can be viewed here.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL SERVICES:
Effective August 1, 2017, Garbage and Recycling Pickup services will be contracted with Ottenbreit Sanitation Services. Soon you will be given a black bin and a blue bin similar to the one at the Municipal Office. You will also be given an instruction sheet and schedule for collection services.

At this time, the Rural Municipality of Calder No. 241 would like to thank Stan Diduck for his years loyal service as our garbage collection contractor.
WATER DISRUPTION THIS SATURDAY:
Please be advised that there will be a scheduled WATER DISRUPTION on Saturday, July 8, 2017 beginning at 9 a.m. the water will be shut off for most of the day. This is necessary for maintenance on the pump house.
Once the water services resume, they will FLUSHING THE WATER LINES
It is suggested that you avoid laundering your clothes for a couple of days to avoid possible damage to your clothes. We also ask that if you see discoloration in your water, let the water run a bit until you see it clearing up.
Once the water is running, please be reminded that the Boil Water Advisory remains in effect. See below for more information on the boil water advisory. We apologize for any inconvenience.
A kind reminder that Municipalities require homeowners to maintain their properties in good repair and in a state that they do not become a nuisance to others. The Municipality can provide grass cutting services. The rates for 2017 are $50 per lot single cut or $500 per year per lot. Contact the municipal office for this services.
NUSIANCE ABATEMENT BYLAW:
At the July 12, 2017 meeting of Council, Council will be considering a Nuisance Abatement Bylaw for the control and regulation of nuisances within the RM of Calder No. 241. Any person wishing to see this proposed bylaw may do so by going to www.rm241.com or for viewing at the municipal office.
