ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

SERVICEDESCRIPTION
Beaver Control - BountyThe RM has declared the beaver a problem in the RM of Calder No. 241. To assist in the RM's beaver control, Council has set a beaver bounty of $35 per tail for beavers caught in the RM by an RM ratepayer or pre-approved individuals. To redeem the bounty, please complete the form and submit it along with the tail to the Division Councilor to whom it was obtained.

Aquatic Habitat Protection Permit Application
Coyote Control - BountyThe RM has set a bounty of $20 for coyote control in the RM. Any ratepayer or pre-approved individual seeking bounty shall bring the bottom jaw to the division councilor in which is was taken.
Rat Control The RM has joined the Provincial Rat Eradication Program and by such has hired Garrett Keyowski as their Pest Control Officer to assess and provide free rat poison for the ratepayers of the RM. Pest Control Officer

Channel Clearing Sask Water Security Agency has a Channel Clearing Grant that offers RM's financial assistance for projects that include clearing a length of a natural watercourse of grass, brush or silt. Any person seeking assistance should contact the municipal office, reeve or councilors. All applications must be received by June 30th of each year.

SERVICEDESCRIPTION
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT - AGOur zoning bylaw requires that any person wishing to construct, alter, excavate, demolish must first obtain a $25 development permit from the RM.
